3.2mm R-Clip installed at the end of each pivot pin to secure the pins inside the pivot base. Each pivot pin has an additional R-Clip hole at the handle end. When removing the R-clip from the end of a pivot pin, insert the R-clip through the hole near the handle section of the security pin. That avoids accidentally misplacing the R-Clip. Everything has its place.
