The FN Big G-4 medium fish knife is an all-around knife that is perfect for cutting and cleaning medium sized fish, and also serves as a very capable butchers knife for butchering beef and pork. The leaf shaped blade of the G4 is hand forged from spring steel with a hardness of Rockwell 60 and the protective black scale coating from forging helps protect the blade and gives it a more rugged, rustic, and all around more manly look.  Also known as the Taiwan Tuna Knife and can be seen scraping or slicing the scales off fish.
